1990

Trillion, today Panorama, is founded in Laval. Companies and institutions retain it for brokerage and property management mandates.

2010

Benoit Loyer joins as agency executive officer and chartered broker. He leads major mandates for Ivanhoé Cambridge, Cominar, Metro inc. and HEC Montréal.

2025

Benoit Loyer acquires the company. The Trillion name is replaced by Panorama. Ongoing mandates continue with the same team.

Benoit has more than 25 years in business, management and commercial, industrial and institutional real estate. His record combines major transactions with property and asset management mandates for publicly traded companies, pension funds and institutions. He is a member of the Mi'gmaq community of Listuguj and a guest lecturer at First Nations Executive Education at HEC Montréal. He leads the firm’s contract with the Government of Canada.

Julia has more than 20 years in property and asset management at VIA Rail, Metro and Sobeys, where she ran multi-site portfolios, lease administration and asset performance. She holds an MBA in real estate from UQAM, leads the Advisory and management division and carries out portfolio, feasibility and planning mandates.

Susan leads negotiations, structures the conditions and holds the file through to closing. She works with corporations and institutions on leasing, sale and acquisition.

She led negotiations with the federal and provincial governments on jurisdiction, territory and economic development.
